Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on this website. For Etsy purchases, the underlying rules are consistent with the Etsy shop policies and the specific listing you bought.

Ready-to-ship items

  • Returns and exchanges: Accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item) or a verified defect.

  • Condition: Item must be returned in original condition; if not, the buyer is responsible for loss in value.

Custom / made-to-order items

Custom work requires confirming specifications first (size/steel/handle/sheath/carry). Because custom knives are built to an agreed spec, custom orders are final once production starts.
If a custom item arrives with a verified defect or damage in transit, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

How to request a return/exchange

Send:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Reason (return or exchange)

  • Photos (mandatory for damage/defect claims)

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted.
